The Foreign Trade Program aims to equip specialists who will meet the needs of international markets and commercial relations between countries, adding value to our country’s export processes and responding to the demands of an ever-changing and evolving world. Drawing from the needs of İzmir, one of Turkey's largest ports and trade centers, our program aims to provide the most competent education in foreign trade, which plays a crucial role in leveraging the economic potential brought by globalization. Our graduates are well-versed in customs regulations, foreign trade and exchange legislation, and have received training in import-export, trade law, and international competition rules. These graduates are prepared to meet the needs of companies of all sizes, particularly medium and large-scale enterprises operating in global markets, as well as in all areas of national and international trade. Additionally, since a significant portion of our country's foreign trade is conducted with European Union member countries, we provide our students with a comprehensive education in foreign trade policies, professional foreign language proficiency in line with foreign trade terminology, EU legislation, and integration processes.
