At İzmir University of Economics, there is a doctor and a nurse serving to students and all the expenses of medical treatments made by these personel in the university are covered by IUE. The expenses of the treatments made in the hospitals out of the university are covered by the students' own private insurance or their families’ social insurance systems.
Exchange students are strongly encouraged to have an international health insurance before they come to IUE for their study period.
