Course Objectives To teach the concepts, principles and legislation related to zoning law and to present examples from practice.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who successfully complete this course; • define the concepts related to zoning law.
  • explain the characteristics and principles of zoning law.
  • interpret the legislation on zoning law.
  • solve the problems related to zoning law in practice.
  • examine judicial decisions related to zoning law.
  • bring solutions in accordance with legislation by analyzing the disputes related the zoning law.
Course Description The notions, principles, positive law and practices related to zoning law will be examined during this course.
