Course Objectives The aim of this course is to enable students to gain knowledge and experience in climate change and environmental law in practice by coming together with experienced environmental lawyers and to strengthen access to justice with a focus on environmental rights through the knowledge, experience and participation of students.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • • Discuss the agenda and problems created by climate change and environmental issues in legal practice.violence and detect them in concrete cases.
  • • Make discursive analysis of rights struggles on environmental justice and intergenerational justice.
  • • Explain the problems encountered in climate justice practice and the solutions at the trial stage.
  • • Identify the emergence of climate crisis problems.
  • • Produce legal solutions to the problems caused by the climate crisis
  • • Determine the changes that need to be made in the legislation.
Course Description In this course, students are taught forms of sexual violence and the legal concepts and definitions related to this form of violence, and the ways to combat this violence through appropriate legal mechanisms are discussed.
