Course Description | Labor Law is a course taught in two different semesters, and includes individual labor law, and some parts of collective labor law and union law in its context. The subject of the first part of this course will be individual labor law and it will cover the historical development of labor law, its sources, fields and persons of practice, basic concepts, employment contract, debt of the parties included in the contract, termination of employment contract and its consequences, and labor jurisdiction. |
