Course Objectives The object of this course is to provide a general approach on the basic concepts and subjects of Execution Law.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • The students who succeeded in this course can; • Describe basic principles of execution and bankruptcy law.
  • • Evaluate the execution procedure with the information about request and payment order.
  • Evaluate the execution procedure with the information about request and payment order.
  • Explain the objection and its effects in basic execution procedure.
  • Compare the attachment procedure.
Course Description Following topics will be covered during this course: Sources of enforcement law, bankruptcy institutions, enforcement fees, parties of debt enforcement process, debt enforcement without verdict, levy, initiation of enforcement, preliminary documents and fees, parties, objection to enforcement, nullification of objection.
