Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to provide basic knowledge about the principles and notions of Turkish property law and subjects such as possession, real rights and land registry, and also to ensure that the knowledge gained in this course will be used in solving future disputes. |

Course Description | Course content includes notions of property and real rights, general principles prevailing real rights, notions of possession and land registry, land registry organization, responsibility of the state, ownership, subject matter and scope of ownership, acquisition and limitation of ownership, and limited real rights. |
