Course Objectives | The aim of the course is to analyze the main principles, the theory, context and practices of the Turkish Foreign Policy (TFP). |

Course Description | This course is designed to introduce the students to the basics of Turkey’s foreign policy. The course will cover the period of 1919-2001 in the history of Turkish Foreign Policy and analyze the different eras of foreign policy-making of the Republic of Turkey with periods of “relative autonomy” and “attachment to the Western World”, and in a fnal chapter “the post-Soviet years” in a global world. |
