Course Objectives | The purposes of this course are to provide an understanding of the concept of Financial Technologies,examine current application examples and the main and secondary legal issues concerning FinTech. Study the legal resources related to this sector andategorize digital assets. The course also aims to study the legal sources related to the sector and to categorize digital assets. |

Course Description | The content of this course is Fintech; Legislation, jurisprudence, regulatory agency decisions, doctrine and literature on Turkey, USA, EU, UK and Japan, especially on metaverse and digital assets.The course also covers the advantages of disruptive technologies and topics related to Blockchain projects. |
