Course Objectives | The purpose of this course is to obtain a solid understanding of the corpus making up the law on Information Technologies. The course also aims to provide information about becoming legally literate and aware of the current and future necessities of information Technologies. |

Course Description | The content of this course is to give information about the concepts of access providers, data, big data, e-commerce platforms, based on legislation, case law, regulatory agency decisions, doctrine and literature regarding Turkey, the USA, the EU, the UK and Japan. This course also covers the concepts of cyber security and cybercrime that all internet users should pay attention. |
