Course Objectives | The purpose of this course is to examine Turkey's constitutional development from Ottoman State to present day in detail and systematically. |

Course Description | This course examines the historical origins and development of today's constitutional institutions and rules which are the product of certain historical conditions. In this context, the course is planned to transfer the experience provided by the history of Turkish constitutionalism by a scientific method and thus to complete the knowledge of positive constitutional law. |
