Course Description | Definition of consumer, national and international sources governing protection of consumer, code nr. 4077 Law on Consumer Protection, consumer contracts, partial payment, consumer loans, time share, tours, campaigns, subscriptions, faulty products and services and legal responsibility, special rules concerning penalties, consumer instutitions, consumer courts are topics that will be covered during this course. |
