Course Objectives This course aims to examine the importance and function of social rights in the exercise of fundamental human rights within the scope of national and international instruments.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • explain the importance of social rights within the scope of human rights law,
  • give information about the historical development of social rights in the context of human rights law,
  • explain international documents on social rights, supervision and sanction systems,
  • analyse the institutions and rules, controls and sanctions related to social rights in national law,
  • discuss the application within the framework of the basic areas of law related to social rights.
Course Description The aim of this course is to examine the regulation and implementation of social rights in international and national law.
