| Course Objectives | Course objectives are to examine the structure of Turkish energy sector, the functioning and duties and authorities of related institutions, legal structure of energy investments and to compare to other legal systems in this field. |

| Course Description | This course covers following topics: historical development of energy market, administrative structure of Energy Market Regulation Board and other regulative bodies, their legal framework, appeals againts decisions of these boards, Turkish energy law, energy contracts, energy production, tranfer, share, sell, competition law in energy law, international energy markets, international dispute resolution and taxation of energy. |
