Course Objectives | Criminal procedural law deals with whether a crime is committed or not, by whom it is committed and which sanctions will be imposed if the crime is committed and a series of judicial activities (allegation, plea and prosecution). The purpose of Criminal procedural law course is to teach students basic principles of criminal procedural law which aims to find material facts and the rules of criminal proceedings respecting human rights |

Course Description | The course deals with the subjects of criminal procedure law such as; safety measures, application conditions of safety measures, compensation for safety measures, investigation, prosecution, conciliation and seizure, ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies and expenses of prosecution. |
