Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to teach students the basic principles of maritime law and insurance law, related legislation and case law, and to make students familiar with the problems they may have in practice by practicing their knowledge. |

Course Description | Maritime Law: National and international sources of sea trade, ship, ship leasing contract, owner, owner associations, crew, freight contract, parties of freight contract, relation of freight contract with other contract types used in foreign trade law, enforcement of freight contract, bill of lading, responsibility of carrier, rights of carries, passenger carrying via sea contract, collisions at sea, average, rescue, rights of ship and load creditor. |
