Course Description | Private insurance law: Notion of insurance, classification of insurance contracts in different aspects, importance and functions of insurance, sources of insurance law, obligatory insurance and obligation of to contract, qualifications and elements of insurance contract, insurer, insurant and insurance holder, fee of insurance, risk, benefit and interest, insurance documents, duties of parties under an insurance contract, types of insurance contract, compensation insurances, termination of insurance contract, jurisdiction matters in disputes born from insurance contracts, insurance institutions, insurance companies, insurance agents topics will be covered during this course. |
