Course Objectives The aim of this course is to examine the types of crimes that protect legal values such as public life, reliability and functioning of public administration, constitutional order, protection of the state and the nation.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • List the offences against public trust and the reliability and functioning of public administration under the Turkish Penal Code
  • Analyze the concept of public officers and the offences committed by public officers.
  • Categorize the offences committed by public officers.
  • Explain the offences committed against the judiciary.
  • Compare crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and crimes against the national defense.
Course Description It is the examination of offences against the nation and the state under the Turkish Criminal Code.
