Course Objectives | The objective of this course is to give to the students of the Faculty of Law a basic information about sports law and also to give them the opportunity to examine the key issues in this area. |

Course Description | The course unit covers topics such as the concept of sports, basic concepts of sports law, sports jurisdiction and Court of Arbitration for Sports, influences of sports institutions of sports law, sports jurisdiction and the contribution of this branch of law to Lex Sportiva, free movement of Professional sports people and Bosman ruling, the fight against doping and WADA, sports sponsorship. |
