Course Objectives The purpose of this course, the evaluation of the general provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations, in the light of scientific and judicial resources for the birth of debt relations, is to scrutinize the terms and types.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to explain the provisions related to obligation relationship of Turkish Code of obligations
  • Will be able to describe the party changement of an obligation relationship.
  • Will be able to discuss the concept of prescription
  • Will be to classify the types of penal clause in practice.
  • Will be able to explain the remission of a debt in the framework of Supreme Court decisions
Course Description This course satisfies the Code of Obligations and the Turkish Code of Obligations in comparison with the Code of Obligations systematic, Law of Obligations, the sources of debt and debt relations, types of rights, the concept of responsibility, debt relations resources, legal proceedings and in particular the contractual obligations, the contract is concluded completion, the issue will be studied and adapted to changing conditions.
