Course Objectives | To have a general knowledge about legislative regulations concerning foundations, Law no. 5737, Law no. 6760 and specific regulations, principles, notions and institutions of foundations. |

Course Description | In this course, notions related to law of foundations (foundation voucher, trustee, donations, types of foundations) and Law no. 5737 will be discussed. Law no. 6760 and regulations concerning foundations will also be addressed. |
