Course Objectives To have a general knowledge about legislative regulations concerning foundations, Law no. 5737, Law no. 6760 and specific regulations, principles, notions and institutions of foundations.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to dinstiguish notions like foundation voucher and foundation trustee
  • will understand the importance of foundations from the Ottoman ages to the present day.
  • will have a general knowledge about foundations
  • will penetrate legislations concerning today's foundations legal issues
Course Description In this course, notions related to law of foundations (foundation voucher, trustee, donations, types of foundations) and Law no. 5737 will be discussed. Law no. 6760 and regulations concerning foundations will also be addressed.
