PhD in Private Law aims to enable students to specialize in the field of private law differently from undergraduate and LL.M. studies. Primary goal of the program is to enable students to impement the scientific research methods and prepare essential scientific background to solve theoretical problems in the field of Private Law. PhD in Private Law consists of eight semesters. Students who graduated from this program will have the necessary scientific qualifications to identify practical private law issues and find the scientific and legal sources which will shed light on the issues and will reach the scientific competence to find solutions to the legal problems with the help of the information gained. Students who graduated from the program successfully will obtain a PhD degree.
