Specific Admission Requirements
B-1- TURKISH NATIONALS
- To hold an Undergraduate or Master Degree with Thesis Diploma (Students, who enrolled to non-thesis master programs before February 06, 2013, are not required to hold “Master Degree with Thesis Diploma”.),
- To have graduated from Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering and any other engineering programs and hold an undergraduate degree from Physics or similar undergraduate program.
- To graduate with a GPA of 3.00 over 4.00 or equivalent point average,
- To achieve the necessary exam scores and type of scores for ((ALES) Academic Personnel and Graduate Program Entrance Exam, (GRE) Graduate Record Examination specified in the table below.

- To obtain the scores in the exams specified below, or obtain an equivalent score in the internationally recognized foreign language exams that are deemed equivalent to the exams specified below by the Higher Education Board,

* Ph. D. program applicants, whose native language is English, need to score at least 55 in UDS, KPDS, or YDS exams in French or German, or an equivalent score in an exam recognized by the Interuniversity Board.
Exam results are valid for three years the most.
- To have a statement of purpose,
- To succeed at the interview and/or evaluation,
- To submit at least one letter of reference.
B-2- FOREIGN NATIONALS:
- To hold an Undergraduate or Master Degree with Thesis Diploma (Students, who enrolled to non-thesis master programs before February 06, 2013, are not required to hold “Master Degree with Thesis Diploma”.),
- To graduate from undergraduate program (4 year) of Departments of Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, Biology, or Physics, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Electrical Electronics Education, Economics, Logistics Management, Finance, or Financial Mathematics to apply for Applied Mathematics or Statistics master program,
- To obtain the scores in the exams specified below, or obtain an equivalent score in the internationally recognized foreign language exams that are deemed equivalent to the exams specified below by the Higher Education Board,
