The aim of the İzmir University of Economics, Master of Business Administration without thesis program is to prepare leaders equipped with analysis and problem-solving skills and critical and creative thinking abilities, being able to make and maintain effective relations, applying teamwork in the most efficient way, taking initiative and administering risk and change, at the same time applying the values of business ethics. With this program, from a global perspective, the students will have the chance to comprehend the dynamics that surround the enterprises and learn to take the steps about making a difference both in a personal and professional sense.
