| Course Description | Historical background of banking law, sources of banking law, the importance and the role of central bank, legal regime of banks, their creation and operation, organs of bank, requirements for the safe operation of banks, supervision on banks, banking crimes, general features of banking contracts, notion and nature of deposit, notion of credit, credit transactions, credit contracts, payment transactions, bank card, credit card, transfer, letter of credit, purpose of letter of credit, its functioning and legal nature will be explained. |
