Important Explanation About GEC Courses

In order to graduate, students of the Department of Business Administration must take 10 courses from the GEC (General Education Courses) POOLs:

  • 1 course from "Natural and Life Sciences" pool,
  • 3 courses from "Mathematics and Computer Sciences" pool (MATH 101, MATH 102, MATH 280),
  • 2 courses from "Social Sciences - A" pool (ECON 101ECON 102),
  • 1 courses from "Social Sciences - B" pool
  • 1 course from "Social Sciences - C" pool,
  • 1 course from "Social Awareness and Ethics" pool,
  • 1 course from "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" pool.      


Important Explanation About Elective Courses

- There are 13 elective courses in the curriculum of the Department of Business Administration. In order to graduate, students must take 7 courses in the department, 6 courses among the university.

In order to graduate, a student must take a course with 240 ECTS credits. In the curriculum of the Department of Business Administration, elective courses with 67 ECTS credits are anticipated. The students of the department should take elective courses that would provide 240 ECTS credits. Otherwise, they will be considered as they have not fulfilled the requirements for graduation.
