Course Objectives In this Course, it is intended that the students get acquainted with basic legal aspects as well as legal definitions and descriptions of business, and familiarize them with the regulatory facets of the markets. Correct international legal jargons are intended to be taught to the students.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • 1. Will be able to grasp the business disputes.
  • 2. Will be able to explain basic legal terms.
  • 3. Will be able to obtain information from different sources.
  • 4. Will be able to use basic legal sources regarding commercial activities.
  • 5. Will be able to explain functioning of corporations.
Course Description International Business Law covers a vast area of Laws, Acts, Codes and relevant regulations due to its very nature. But, every effort will be given to discuss all the contemporary issues during the Course in one semester. The Lecturer's business background may be taken as an advantage in approaching the related issues from the right angles.
