| Course Objectives | In this Course, it is intended that the students get acquainted with basic legal aspects as well as legal definitions and descriptions of business, and familiarize them with the regulatory facets of the markets. | Course Description | International Business Law covers a vast area of Laws, Acts, Codes and relevant regulations due to its very nature. But, every effort will be given to discuss all the contemporary issues during the Course in one semester.
