Course Objectives To teach the importance of administrative jurisdiction and the basic principles of procedure of administrative jurisdiction by presenting examples from practice.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able explain the basic principles and features of procedure of administrative jurisdiction.
  • will be able to explain the organisation and the jurisdiction of Administrative Courts in Turkey.
  • will be able to learn the types of administrative cases and will be able to use this information during his career.
  • will be able to examine the decisions of administrative courts.
  • will be able to analyse the administrative disputes and present appropriate solutions according to Turkish legislation.
Course Content The basic principles, features and rules of procedure of administrative jurisdiction, types of administrative cases, and appeal process.
