Program Description

The Political Science and International Relations master program aims at raising students who can analytically assess the political and social transformations that take place in global system, Turkey’s domestic and foreign politics as well as political issues in the region surrounding Turkey. The program offers a wide variety of elective courses ranging from Turkish Political Thought, Minority Politics, and European Politics to International Migration, Middle East Politics, Caucasus in World Politics, Gender Politics.

 

The program without thesis, on the other hand, aims to provide necessary information to persons who are working or planning to work in public and private sectors as well as in NGOs in order to be able to  critically analyze the changing social and political circumstances.
